From clippering heads at a friend's Barber Shop in the South Bay, to his present post – Executive Grooming Specialist for Gornik and Drucker at The Montage Hotel of Beverly Hills, one thing is constant: Cesar Paniagua can make you look good. Shaving and a Haircut, that he can do. But Cesar gives his clients real-time grooming guidance, everything from shaving techniques to proper skin-care, to product recommendations. Remember. In addition to shop appointments, Cesar is available to and does provide personal grooming services in the privacy of your home, or for special occasions. Such as weddings, bachelor parties, print and commercial shoots, as well as being "on call" for many of Beverly Hills most prestigious hotels. He enjoys servicing a diverse cliental, including royalty from Saudi Arabia and Qatar, to trial lawyers, ranked executives, athletes, actors, musicians, and several elite talent agents of both CAA and William Morris. He served as the groomer and stylist at the ESPY Awards, Oscar's grooming lounge, InStyle Grooming lounge, Day time Emmys, Grammy's, Michael Jordan's grooming lounge, and as print prep for The Nate Berkus Show.

Carlitos DoSouto

Carlitos DoSouto has been a Master barber in Beverly Hills for over a decade. He is a farm kid who was born and raised on the Islands of Cape Verde on the West Coast of Africa.

Carlitos began his barbering journey in a family owned barber shop in Boston. After completing high school, Carlitos moved to Los Angeles where he attended Loyola Marymount University and earned his BA in Theatre Arts.

Carlitos’ driving force in life is passion before anything else.

Joshua Lopez

Born and raised in Southern California Josh has always had a passion for style and grooming. Josh started his hair cutting journey working in Beverly Hills as a Hair Stylist under Yuki Sharoni, an Israeli celebrity stylist; where he learned an artistic perspective on cutting and coloring hair. Josh then continued his journey by working under Vidal Sassoon’s creative art director, Tom Brophy. Tom Brophy’s hair approach consisted more of a technical outlook with an emphasis on modern precision. Learning the variety of hair sculpting is what enabled Josh to soon discover his passion in men’s grooming. He then continued his education to pursue his career in Barbering, allowing his creative work to be aesthetically versatile.

Josh has done a number of celebrities, magazines, fashion shoots, commercials, and campaigns. He specializes in creating the best shape possible that works with the customer to enhance their facial shape and features to their full potential.
