Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Gornik & Drucker. Here's what to expect when you place an order.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking once it ships.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping methods, rates & delivery times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Estimated delivery after processing:

Standard: 3–7 business days
Expedited: 2–3 business days (where available)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at admin@gornikanddrucker.com and we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it. See our Refund & Return Policy for damaged or defective items.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout; if a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
