Privacy policy

Gornik & Drucker Grooming Inc. ("Gornik & Drucker," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or make a purchase from www.gornikanddrucker.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the rights you have — including specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA").

  • Shipping and fulfillment carriers — to deliver your orders;

  • Email/SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) — to send communications you've opted into;

  • Analytics and advertising partners (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta) — to understand Site usage and deliver relevant advertising.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics cookies that share identifiers and browsing activity with partners like Google and Meta for advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" (for cross-context behavioral advertising) under the CCPA/CPRA. 4. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your cart, analyze traffic, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We honor opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by law — when we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information for that browser.

If you make a purchase, your payment is processed through a payment gateway that adheres to the standards set by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Card data is encrypted in transit and is stored only as long as necessary to complete your transaction.

6. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know / Access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;

  • Delete — request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;

  • Correct — request that we correct inaccurate personal information;

  • Opt out of sale/sharing — direct us not to sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;

  • Non-discrimination — you will not be denied service, charged a different price, or given a different quality of service for exercising your rights.

We will verify your request by confirming information we already have on file (such as the email or order details associated with your account). You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to complete transactions, comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, and resolve disputes.
